Shipping

All products are made to order. Signature designs ship within 1-2 weeks, while personalised pieces ship within 3 weeks from the order confirmation date.

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. A signature is required upon delivery, so we recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes, and handling fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. These charges are collected at the time of payment to ensure smooth delivery and avoid unexpected fees upon arrival.
